At Hill Country Catering, we take pride in our high quality creative cuisine, custom menu design, and elegant artistic presentation.

Q: Do you offer vegetarian or vegan menus?
A: Whenever possible we include vegetarian and vegan options in our menus, and we are always willing to accommodate dietary needs in corporate and social catering.

Q: Do you offer decorating services?
A: While Hill Country Catering does provide linens, place settings, and centerpieces, we do not offer full decorating services. However, we offer a comprehensive list of professional decorators, event planners, venues, and florists to our clients.

Q: Can you create custom menus for an event?
A: Yes, of course. One of our food associates would be more than happy to work with you and to create a menu specific to your needs and desires.

Q: How much is the security deposit?
A: It is $500 to secure the date of the event then half the balance is due two months prior to the event and the remaining amount is due the day before. We except cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Q: At what point do you require a guaranteed head count?
A: We need a guaranteed number two weeks prior to the event but you can add to this up until 48 hours prior to the event.

Q: Are you licensed to serve beer, wine, and mixed beverages?
A: Yes, we are licensed by the TABC; License MB631616.

Q: What geographic area do you service?
A: San Antonio, Austin (including the areas in between), Boerne, and the surrounding Texas Hill Country.
